Oculi Sound Chamber is bridging Indigenous and modern cultural cosmology while utilizing an ingeniously sustainable, thin-tile vaulting building technique to explore new expressive forms in masonry construction by employing new engineering computational research software.
Funicular Shells with RhinoVAULT- the article and short movie shows the design, fabrication and construction of the 1:1 prototype compression vault out of wire-cut foam blocks, realized by the students of the course at TU Delft, Netherlands, instructed by invited Matthias Rippmann, from Block Research Group.
